The 4B9231 bracket headboard kit is designed to work with Twin XL sized DK City adjustable bases. These bases include Symmetry Zero, Symmetry One, Symmetry EZ, Denver and Franklin. This kit includes (2) brackets and a hardware kit with everything needed to mount either a headboard or footboard panel. (2) Headboard kits will need to be purchased if mounting BOTH headboard and footboard is desired.
