I had the most WONDERFUL experience with Cox Warehouse in Whiteville. Dan, the manager, provided above and beyond helpful customer service. It was my first time customizing furniture, and he made it so easy and helped me make the couch of my dreams. Dan was always easy to reach and kept me up to date on the status of my couch the entire time. This warehouse offers so many different styles of furniture and customization options, and you can't beat their price, or FREE DELIVERY. I will buy furniture for the rest of my life from Dan and Cox Warehouse. I can't say enough nice things about the quality of the service I received. And I don't write a lot of reviews!! Don't hesitate to buy from this company, they truly are remarkable.

Amazing customer service from the second you walk in. Huge selection of furniture and accessories- high quality and discount prices! Bought a few pieces here over the years. They have a lot to look at and have Been helpful when asked . But I usually prefer to shop with as little help as possible so I can think more clear.Some of the prices are higher than I want to pay , I am not going to give a bad review because of price , They Can ask what they want , I don’t have to buy. I rate business on service and helpfulness.

Stumbled upon this place while driving from myrtle-beach to winston salem in preparation for our move to conway. Huge selection of furniture, including the better popular brands and even custom choices. Not only did we find the couch set we wanted, the price greatly beat the dozen stores we visited prior. The free delivery to Conway assures that this place will forever be our go to place.
